The subscription, to be paid annually, will ensure that your details remain on this website for the period of one year or until you ask for it to be removed within this period.

The subscription payment is only for the lease of the space on this website, not the right of ownership of that space or any other part of Thurrock.biz

If for any reason you should wish your entry to be removed, no refund will be made once your entry has been placed on line.

The subscription period will commence on the first day that your entry appears on line.


METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment may be made by cheque, Standing Order, or * Paypal

         * Please Note: You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by this method.


GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
If for any reason the Website should close within one year of its launch, the owners promise to reimburse the subscribers half of the original subscription.

Thereafter, after one year, if the website should close within six months of any subscription being paid, the owners promise to reimburse half of that subscription.

The owners of this Website will be monitoring all entries. Adult, obscene or illegal links from this site will not be allowed, your entry will be removed/withheld until alterations or corrections are made by you.

Exceptions
There will be no refund should we need to remove your listing due to unobtainable or wrong telephone numbers, links to inappropriate websites or dead links given to us by you.


DISCLAIMER
We cannot accept any liability for downtime of the Website due to issues that are outside of our control.

We will not accept any liability for issues that may arise between the subscriber and the general public.

 
These terms and conditions will not be changed unless all subscribers have been given ten days notice by email.
At this time, subscribers will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions by default unless they contact us in writing / email within ten days of notification of the changes to be made.
Subscribers unwilling to accept the New Terms and Conditions may have their entry removed from the Website.
 

The subscription fee, paid by you, will imply that you have read, understood, and agree with the above conditions.
